chines food, hainam rice

Rice Ingredients:

     * 250 grams of Rice
     *

       500 ml chicken broth
     * 3 cloves garlic mashed
     *

       Ginger crushed 1 cm
     * 1 tablespoon Chinese wine
     *

       1 tsp sesame oil
     * 1 / 2 tablespoons soy sauce Salt
     *

       4 tablespoons cooking oil




Bahan Kuah Ayam:

     * 75 grams bligo Pumpkin / diced squash
     *

       500 ml chicken broth
     * 1 tail give the village chicken vinegar on the head, mouth and feet
     *

       1 tablespoon of garlic fries, and ginger
     * The salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese wine to taste




Ingredients For Sambal:

     * 5 pieces boiled red chili
     *

       10 fruit boiled chilli
     * 1 / 2 stewed tomatoes
     *

       1 tablespoon of fried onion / ginger
     * Salt to taste




How to make Rice:

     *

       Fry garlic, ginger is crushed, and dry until the yellow clotted, remove dregs onion, set aside for gravy and sambal.
     * Enter the rice in hot oil, stir, add soy sauce until fragrant and add broth, reduce the heat while stirring occasionally, cook until the karonan.
     *

       Then steamed karonan, until the rice.
